Alumina Ceramic Ring Sleeve

Design Features

Alumina ceramic ring sleeves (high-temperature resistant and pressure-proof bushings, high-frequency industrial ceramic rings) are made from high-purity alumina material, showcasing exceptional mechanical and thermal properties. Firstly, this type of ceramic boasts extremely high hardness and compressive strength (82 Rockwell hardness and 2000 MPa compressive strength), allowing it to maintain shape and dimensional stability under extreme conditions. Secondly, its extremely low water absorption (0%) and permeability (0) ensure outstanding performance even in humid environments. Additionally, it has good thermal conductivity and thermal shock resistance (thermal conductivity of 27.5 W/(m·K) and thermal shock resistance ΔT℃ of 200), enabling stable operation in high-temperature environments without easy damage.

These ring sleeves have a relatively low thermal expansion coefficient (7.6 x 10-6/°C), meaning they expand and contract minimally with temperature changes, making them ideal for applications requiring precise dimensional control. In terms of electrical performance, alumina ceramics exhibit excellent electrical insulation properties, with a volume resistivity of up to 1014 Ω·cm, making them suitable for electrical insulation and other demanding electrical applications.

Áreas de Aplicação

Alumina ceramic ring sleeves are widely used in various demanding industrial fields. In the aerospace sector, they are utilized for manufacturing high-temperature and high-pressure components, such as engine parts and thermal protection systems. In the semiconductor industry, these ring sleeves are commonly used as insulating components in manufacturing equipment to protect sensitive electronic components from high temperatures and electromagnetic interference. Additionally, due to their high-frequency characteristics, these ring sleeves are also suitable for high-frequency electronic devices, such as radar and communication equipment.

In the energy sector, particularly in nuclear and solar energy fields, alumina ceramics are used as critical structural and insulating materials due to their high-temperature stability and radiation resistance. Furthermore, their high chemical resistance and wear resistance make them widely applicable in chemical and mining industry equipment, such as pumps, valves, and sensors.
